Frequently Asked Questions: How do I book an appointment? All appointments can be booked directly through my online booking site. If you're unsure what service to book, feel free to reach out and I'll be happy to help guide you! I'm a new client—what should I book? If you're a new client or looking for a big color change, I recommend booking a consultation or selecting the appropriate new guest service so we can make sure we have enough time to achieve your hair goals. Do you offer consultations? Yes! Consultations are available for guests interested in extensions, major color transformations, or anyone who would like to discuss their hair goals before booking. Do you offer hair extensions? Yes! I offer customized extension services to help you achieve your desired length, fullness, and overall hair goals. A consultation may be required before booking your extension appointment. What is your cancellation policy? I kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee, and same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full service amount. What happens if I'm running late? Please reach out as soon as possible if you're running behind! I’ll always do my best to accommodate you, but arriving significantly late may require your appointment to be shortened or rescheduled. Can I receive a refund if I don't like my hair or change my mind? Due to the time, products, and customized nature of salon services, all services and retail product sales are final and non-refundable. If you have concerns about your service, please contact me within a one week timeframe so I have the opportunity to discuss your concerns and, when appropriate, make adjustments.
